This is a fun bundle that is double discounted at the moment! You don’t want to miss out, its total cost is just $4!

Now let’s take a closer look at it.

There are some gorgeous TN sized papers as seen here, all printed and cut up. Traci has included some fun a vibrant solid colors along with some fun birthday themed patterns.

There are also a set of 4×6 and 4×4 cards in both horizontal and vertical format.

And finally, probably the best part, are the two cut-apart sticker sheets. Yep, there’s TWO included that have the most fun birthday themed icons!

Are you in love yet? Those gorgeous cut aparts have my whole heart!

And so, I had a plan to make this collection pop off my page when it was time to play with it. That is why I will be sharing one of my favorite layouts next!

I was inspired a long time ago from a layout I saw on Pinterest to create a birthday cake layout. I was lucky enough to have had the TN papers that were able to be cut perfectly into a cake shape!

So let’s take a look at what I created and I’ll explain all the details after. Ready? I’m super excited! Here is my 12×12 layout using the Hullabaloo Collection:

I love the total birthday feel to document my baby’s first smash cake at his 1st Birthday party!

I used splatters to help add a little color to the white space of my 12×12 cardstock, and a few random rainbow colored enamel circles. The rest is using both the travelers notebook papers and the stickers from the collection. I made sure to add lots of layers to the “cake” itself.

I hope you enjoy! I will now overload you with some closeups. You’re welcome 🙂

Don’t you just love that happy face!? I give it all the heart eyes!

So friends, have I convinced you to go grab this awesome collection? Don’t forget that this is a Travelers Notebook collection so of course the possibilities go so much more past the project I shared with you today. Visit  Sweet Shoppe Designs here to purchase the collection.

I have enjoyed coming today to share this awesome collection and my project. I will be back very very soon sharing much more paper crafting inspiration with you all, bye now!

Larkindesign Creative Team | April Release + TN Spread

Welcome back and happy Friday crafty lovers! I am here to share the April Release at Larkindesign that went live on the 1st of this month. I will be sharing with you today a fun and bright Traveler’s Notebook spread inside of my personal TN, and later this month, I will be on the Larkindesign Blog sharing a beautiful 8 1/2 by 11 layout showcasing the beautiful patterned papers.

This month’s collection is called “Sweet Chicks” and it is a bright collection full of bold orange’s, yellow’s, and the softest mint’s ever! Here is a quick look at the collection itself:

If you are loving this collection, you can find a fabulous freebie of a couple of patterned papers  and the full collection for purchase here.

Now, I want to get to the nitty-gritty and share with you one of the cutest spreads I’ve ever made inside of my personal Traveler’s Notebook.

(By personal I mean that I have a couple different books where each one is designated to different subjects. For example: my son, my selfies, photos of me and my husband, and my personal one which includes random things and photos that I like!)

So here is the spread I made using a mix of the 4×5 cards and cut-apart die cut shapes:

This has to be one of the most fun and unique ways I have ever used orange! It’s got such a fun pop with the black and white 4×6 card that I used to back my photo.

This time around I decided to make things a little interesting by backing the left side of my spread with plain white cardstock and adding some really fun dimension using modeling paste and a stencil with those trendy plus signs.

It made the plain white background pop with the white-on-white! I also used the cute floral die cuts, cause I can’t ever not use flowers in my layouts! This collection had a fun mix or orange and super soft pink flowers.

I balanced out the area around my photo by adding floral clusters on the left-bottom side of the spread and a matching orange label to which I added a small stamped quote.

I finished off the balancing by then creating a second cluster on the top right-hand side of the spread.

This one included one of the fussy cut tags from the collection, to which I added some cute black and white twine. And, of course, some more layered florals!

Then I made this whole spread pop with the brightest title ever!

These orange alpha’s were from the last kit I ever received from Gossamer Blue last year. It felt to great to bring them out of hibernation to use it with Theresa’s gorgeous collection!!

I spelled out the word #PLANNERNERD because I was recording a photo I took of my set-up while playing inside of my Heidi Swapp Memory Planner. Perfect!

This collection is pretty much the perfect color combo! I just love playing with Theresa’s beautiful designs and color combinations every single month, but this month was a sweet treat!

I also hope you guys have liked this Traveler’s Notebook share. Getting crafty in my TN this month has totally brought back my mojo to keep playing inside these fun little books!

I hope you have enjoyed this project share for the Larkindesign Creative team. I will be back soon, as always, with much more crafty inspiration! Until next time, stay crafty.

Traci Reed Designs | Rugged TN Collection Release

Hello there!!

I am so excited today because I am here to share my first official projects for my newest Team, Traci Reed Designs Hybrid Team

Today we are releasing a Traveler’s Notebook collection made for all of those outdoorsy moments. Here it is:

RUGGED BY TRACI REED

Like I mentioned before, this collection is perfectly made for all of those outdoor photos, hiking, or camping ones would be perfect, too!

I haven’t done much of that, but I’ve got plenty of photos of my son playing in the dirt, that’s perfect right? So I created TWO projects using the collection.

I loved the colors in the patterned papers so the first project I created was a fun grid 12×12 layout. This showcased all of those awesome patterns perfectly!

I used some of the sticker shapes to accent some of the squares and help guide my eyes towards the photo which showcases my cute and smiley rugged boy!

Here are some more closeups:

Arent these colors just fabulous to play with? It felt fabulous to step away from my usual pinks! Lol

I also created a fun boy TN spread. Since this IS A Traveler’s Notebook kit, I couldn’t step away from it without creating something in my son’s personal TN!

Check it out:

For this spread I basically based it on the photo of my son playing in the dirt with his little toy truck. This kit truly inspired me to craft all those photos of my boy getting messy.

So of course, I stuck to the browns on the left side of my spread to back the entire page. On the right side, I sort of repeated what I did for my 12×12 layout, and that was using up my favorite patterns from the patterned papers to cut strips and cover the whole right side of the spread, from top to bottom.

Each one of those strips had some kind of embellishment using only the collection’s stickers.

Below my photo I added one of the labels and used a Crate Paper rotary stamp to add my tiny title “Happy As Can Be,” because its true: that boy is happy as can be playing in the dirt! Lol.

Its was so easy to put this spread together and I gotta say that the colors make this spread so great!

Here are the close ups:

So, that’s it for this newest Traci Reed Designs Travelers Notebook collection: Rugged!

I truly enjoyed working with such amazing designs full of details and vibrant colors. I can’t wait for the next one!

I hope that I have inspired you all to go pick up this digital collection that you can print in your own home! You can find this collection Traci Reed’s other collections at Sweet Shoppe Designs online store here.

Thanks for stopping by today!! I will be back very soon with more scrapbooking inspiration for you! Until next time, stay crafty!
